Ask about your property
You do not need to know what is wrong before you get in touch. Describe what you can see and where it is happening, and we will tell you whether it looks like something worth inspecting.
- Telephone
- 01206 688458
- Email address to be confirmed — enquiries sent through this site reach us directly.
- Service area
- Colchester and surrounding Essex. See areas we cover. We visit properties rather than operating a public office.
- Send us photos
- Photographs of the affected area, and of the outside wall behind it, are genuinely useful.
Need a fuller assessment? Request a damp survey and tell us more about the property.
